This is really cool. You can listen to live streaming music as other people listen to it on Spotify. The people your listen to live have to have this menu item installed with Incognito mode off. One cool idea -- it allows you to all play the same music at the same time in a room through your laptops -- hacking surround sound -- if you're traveling and want to have a hotel room party. :)
